Allard USA Welcomes New Mid-South District Manager

Allard USA is excited to welcome our new Mid-South District Manager, Jason DeFranco. 

Jason brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in medical sales, with a strong emphasis on wound care. He has built his career working with respected healthcare organizations such as DeRoyal, Johnson & Johnson, KCI, and Hillrom. Throughout the years, he has earned multiple awards recognizing his sales performance, customer partnership, and ability to drive meaningful growth. His background supporting acute care hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, clinics, and podiatry practices gives him a deep understanding of the challenges clinicians face every day, and he is passionate about helping customers find solutions that truly make a difference.

What stands out most about Jason is his relationship-first mindset. He has spent his entire career building trust with healthcare professionals by listening, responding quickly, and staying committed to their success. His strengths in account management, brand development, and territory expansion are matched by his genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and supporting them in reaching their goals. Jason’s energetic approach makes him a strong advocate for both our customers and the patients they serve. His experience and passion align with the Allard mission to provide Support for Better Life!

Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, reading, and exploring history. Family time is especially important to him, and he loves spending time with his wife, his high school sweetheart, their three daughters, and their five-month-old granddaughter. He also has a fraternal twin brother and looks forward each year to his family’s long-standing summer trips to Hilton Head, South Carolina.
