F.O.S. Foot Orthotic Shells
Proper foot positioning is crucial to optimize biomechanical function and maximize Allard AFO product durability. Foot orthotic shells, FOS, are insoles fabricated with EFM (Extra Firm Material) and Microcell Puff® Interface, both are Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam. EVA is a wonderful shock absorber that is heat moldable and has excellent shape retention and abrasion resistance.
